We are Jules and Esteban, Co-CEOs of JERICA. Like you, we grew frustrated with extractive, inequitable systems. Instead of accepting them, we created the JERICA Model to reimagine them.

Jules supports business leaders to embed the 5 JERICA Principles into strategy and operations. Esteban brings those principles into practice through transformative projects that connect profit, people, and planet.

Together, we combine global experience with deep commitment to ethics, inclusion, and regeneration. Our role is to guide, challenge, and inspire you as you step into your place as a Systems Change Warrior.
